Raised in a small farm town in Illinois, Ferrari earned his magna cum laude Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, laying the foundation for his future leadership in the energy sector.

Adam Ferrari began his career at BP in the Gulf of Mexico, where he honed his engineering skills and gained deep industry knowledge. His journey in oil and gas led him to various leadership roles and a stint in investment banking at Macquarie Capital, further expanding his expertise in financial and corporate structuring. His entrepreneurial spirit eventually led to the founding of several oil and gas ventures, culminating in Phoenix Energy, which represents his most significant and impactful project to date.
