The health sciences and the amazing men and women who practice in this field are near and dear to the hearts of the Ferrari family. The founder of this scholarship (Adam Ferrari) and his immediate family decided to launch the Ferrari Foundation to raise awareness of transverse myelitis and implement an annual health science scholarship to assist the next generation of health care professionals in their pursuit of this noblest profession. The Ferrari’s are hopeful that through their awareness efforts and the sharing of their story that this program can be expanded in the years to come. Their prayer is that GOD may use this tragedy in their lives to ultimately benefit others and bring glory to GOD.
